Skills Bootcamp in Leadership and Management Successfully Completed

We’re proud to celebrate the successful completion of our Skills Bootcamp in Leadership and Management, delivered by Pauline McMahon.

This programme brought together 9 learners from a range of industries and roles, creating a supportive and collaborative environment where participants could share experiences, develop their skills together, and strengthen their leadership and management capability in the workplace.

Developing Practical Leadership and Management Skills

Throughout the programme, learners developed practical skills that they are already applying in their roles. Feedback shows the programme has had a real impact, with learners reporting increased confidence, improved delegation, and a clearer understanding of how to lead and manage effectively in the workplace.

Learners are now:

  • Delegating more effectively, with increased confidence and trust in their teams

  • Using practical tools such as SMART goals to support performance and development

  • Creating more inclusive and supportive team environments, with a focus on fairness and recognition
