The purpose of this qualification is to give learners the skills to support colleagues with mental health problems. These skills will be gained by increasing your knowledge and understanding of mental health conditions, the principles of mental health first aid and how this can be implemented in the workplace.

This Level 3 Counselling Skills qualification is designed for individuals who want to start their journey towards becoming a qualified counsellor.

The course provides a strong foundation in counselling knowledge, skills, and ethical practice, supporting learners to develop the understanding, confidence, and self-awareness needed for progression to higher-level study.

Following successful completion, learners will have the opportunity to apply for our Level 4 Counselling qualification as part of a structured pathway towards becoming a counsellor.
