Micah Recruitability Programme Returns This July!
We’re excited to announce the next Micah Recruitability Programme is starting on Thursday 24th July.
This 10-week course is all about helping people who are out of work build their skills, gain confidence, and take the next steps toward employment. If you’re looking for a fresh start, this could be for you.
Delivered in partnership with 3D Training, the programme offers participants the chance to achieve the NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Excellence in Customer Service for Hospitality, alongside a range of practical support tailored to help individuals grow in confidence and move closer to employment.

“Before joining the course, I had been unemployed for some time. I moved to the UK from China 25 years ago and settled in Liverpool, but I found it difficult to secure a job, especially after COVID, when opportunities became even more limited. I lacked experience and didn’t receive much support, which made things harder, particularly as I got older. Eventually, the job centre and Households into Work referred me to the Micah Programme, and that’s where everything changed.”
“Since completing the course, I’ve had the chance to volunteer and work in new environments. It’s given me belief in myself and the confidence to try new things. I now know that I can adapt and succeed, even in unfamiliar roles.”

Since completing the course Li has been offered an admin role with the Civil Service and is currently awaiting her start date.
