We are delighted to announce that Three Dimensional Training has successfully maintained the Matrix Standard Accreditation following our latest review.

What the Matrix Standard Means

The Matrix Standard is a nationally recognised quality framework for organisations that deliver high-quality Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) services. Achieving this accreditation is a mark of excellence. It also shows our continued commitment to supporting learners, employers, and communities across the North West.

Highlights from the Review

The Growth Company, acting on behalf of the Department for Education, assessed our organisation. The review praised 3D Training for several key strengths:

• Outstanding learner outcomes – with a 93% achievement rate, over 90% attendance, 85% positive destinations, and 99% learner satisfaction.

• Strong staff dedication – our team goes above and beyond to provide personalised guidance, especially for learners with additional needs (65% of our learners declare an ALN).

• Wellbeing and staff support initiatives – including a Mental Health Champion Team, wellness walks, and a dedicated wellness hour every Friday.

• Effective partnerships – we work closely with local authorities, community organisations, and referral partners, enabling us to reach and re-engage individuals often furthest from education and employment.

• Impactful learner experiences – learners described their journey with 3DT as life-changing, with comments such as:

  • “Saved my life, I am feeling more confident and have a better understanding of addiction.”

  • “I had applied for this job twice before and never got an interview. I completed courses with 3D Training, updated my CV, and re-applied. Now, I have got my dream job.”
