By completing the programme, you will achieve an accredited Level 2 Health & Care qualification, build essential employability skills, and improve your interview techniques to boost confidence.

Designed to support your first step into a fulfilling role helping others, the programme also guarantees a job interview with CCH Comfort Call upon successful completion.

During the programme, participants will:

• Meet your future employer: Learn about CCH Comfort Call and explore live job vacancies.
• Gain an accredited qualification: Complete a Level 2 Certificate in Health & Care.
• Develop essential employability skills: Enhance your interview techniques, career planning, and professional confidence.

The programme will cover:

• An overview of the Health & Care sector and the variety of roles available.

• How to protect and safeguard individuals in health and social care.
• Infection prevention and control in Health & Care or Children’s settings.
• Practical career planning and interview preparation to help you secure your next role.

Programme Details:

Enrolment & Induction: Tuesday 16th September, 9.30am–2.30pm

• Week 1: Monday 22nd September – Friday 26th September, 9.30am–2.30pm

• Week 2: Monday 29th September – Friday 3rd October, 9.30am–2.30pm
• Location: Halton Lea Library, Second Ave, Palacefields, Runcorn WA7 2PF
