A recap of our Valentine’s themed events and Love to Recovery celebration!

Love was in the air this Valentine’s season, and at 3D Training we celebrated by spreading love, not just to others, but most importantly, to ourselves. Our recent Valentine’s themed events aimed to promote self-love, mental health, and personal growth. We aimed to inspire our learners to prioritise their own well-being and equip them with valuable tools to enhance their mental health.

Love Yourself First In Partnership with Tomorrow’s Women

We were thrilled to have delivered our very first ‘Love yourself first’ workshop at Tomorrow’s Women Wirral and Chester. The day involved a range of activities designed to promote positivity, self-care, and mindfulness. One highlight was the creation of positivity jars, where each lady filled a jar with affirmations and uplifting messages to inspire themselves daily. Additionally, the ladies who attended the group created their own personalised self-care plans to empower them to prioritise their own mental health.

Love to Recovery Event Hosted by CGL Warrington

The Love to Recovery event, hosted by CGL Warrington, was a momentous day dedicated to celebrating the remarkable achievements of the staff, volunteers, and members of the service. It provided a platform not only to acknowledge the accomplishments of our learners who have successfully completed courses with 3D but also to highlight the inspiring stories of individuals who have been through recovery. The event was a testament to resilience, determination, and the power of community support.

As a token of spreading love and kindness, throughout the week, the 3D team gifted Positivity Bags, complete with a blank envelope to pass on a positive message to a friend, colleague, or even a stranger, fostering a ripple effect of love and positivity within the community. Through these initiatives, we aim to not only empower individuals but also create a culture of kindness and compassion, one positive message at a time.

Love yourself, celebrate your achievements, and remember that you are worthy.
