3DT are delighted to announce they have successfully secured 1 of the 19 Liverpool City Regions Devolved AEB contracts.
The 3DT team are really excited about this new contract – our work with large employers across the region, coupled with our experience at working in various Housing Associations, social community programme’s and volunteer organisations mean we are coming up with some really creative, unique packages for people to enrol on. We have been listening to, communicating with and questioning all of our partners, clients and learners… with this powerful knowledge and understanding we have been able to come up with some really innovative and we believe successful pathways that will lead to qualifications, empowered and motivated people and most importantly job outcomes!
3DT have aligned their key specialisms with the local regional priorities and have come up with pathways in the below sectors;
For people wishing to be anything from a Pilot, Air Stewards, Resort manager, Hoteliers to a Seasonal Holiday Rep.
This package will be a blend of Travel and Tourism qualifications depending on the specific pathway. 3DT’s excellent links with local Travel & Tourism Employers mean that everyone will get the opportunity of an interview and will complete qualifications such as Health and Safety, Food Safety, Conflict Management and Travel and Tourism Certificate to give an excellent grounding, which will provide a head start to begin a career in Travel and Tourism.

In all aspects of work/life we need good Customer Service skills. There are lots of great local jobs in Call Centre’s, Retail outlets, large Insurance companies, local football clubs, museums and other large local employers. This is also a great way for people to aspire to management opportunities that they may only have dreamed of!!
Are you struggling to know what’s next for you? This pathway is perfect for people who need a little more guidance and support. We can support people to understand their transferable skills and help them move towards their own INDIVIDUAL next step. This pathway will cover IT skills, Budgeting support, resilience, confidence building, volunteering opportunities. They will complete with an up to date CV (created by themselves).
